Check in time
Y ou can arrive at Africa Centre at any time but you will need to give us some time to clean the room if nothing is available from the previous night.

Check - out
Check-out time is 11:00am . But a latest checkout time of 12:00 a.m. may be granted.

Day stay Guests
Normal check-in time is 11:00a.m. In exceptional cases, an earlier check-in time of 6:00am maybe granted. Check - out time is latest 6:00pm .

All bookings are tentative and subject to room availability.

Confirmed Reservations:
To confirm a booking, a 50% deposit is required or a Voucher from registered Travel Agent / Tour Operator. Again, prior to check-in full payment must be received.

  I. D. MUST match with the credit card that was used to charge the room.
  
  "No Show": In a situation whereby full payment has been received, there is no release of the room.

Room reservations are only guaranteed on payment of deposit or if otherwise - confirmed in writing by Africa Centre Guest Lodge.

• For non-arrival or premature departure 100% of the total accommodation fee is payable.
• Cancellation cost is calculated from the day prior to arrival date and is based on deposit paid:

  - Within 7 days 100% of deposit
  - Within 14 days 75% of deposit
  - Within 21 days 50% of deposit
  - Within 28 days 25% of deposit
  - Accommodation fee paid is not refundable from 7 days to arrival.

(Please note no refund to clients already having paid and staying in lodge unless exceptional circumstances and authorized jointly by General Manager.)

Deposit Policy: Full payment of the contracted value is required preferably 30 days prior to arrival or upon placing the reservation, whichever is less.

Guest Liability:
The management is not liable for any injuries nor losses to guests, and / or their visitors regardless of the circumstances surrounding the loss or injury whatsoever on the premises. Guests are advised to look after their valuables.

General Liability:
In lieu of any condition or liability complied by Law, the liability of Africa centre Guest lodge in respect of any defect or failure in service supplied or damage attributable thereto is limited to making good by replacement or refund (at the guest lodge discretion) of only the service provided by the lodge. Any complaints must be made within two days of service rendered.
No claim for consequential damages, however arising, will be entertained. The liability excluded faults caused by fair wear and tear, abuse of service by guest, acts of God or any other cause beyond the hotel reasonable control.

Shortages:
The lodge is not responsible for any external water and electricity shortages.

Force Majeure:
The lodge is not responsible for any circumstances beyond its control.

Prices:
Prices subject to change without notification.

Guest Lodge Rules and Regulations:
All guests are expected to abide by the current Africa Centre Guest House Rules and Regulations.
